I’ve used other companies previously and this has been the best one for the whole experience so far. Right from the start, Sarah was in contact as I’d typed my postcode incorrectly. She was super helpful and chased up my delivery without hesitation - she knew before I did, that there was delivery issue.

The product itself was as described and much more personal thought had been put in, that others I had used. From little notes, to scannable barcodes to help use the product. The value of the product was also good in comparison to others I had used.

I’m very impressed with the customer service and I’ll continue to use it until my time comes :)
