They are manufactured in clean-room conditions and individually sealed, but sold as non-sterile. If you prefer, you can rinse before use.

If collecting at home, keep the container close to the body (e.g., in a pocket) and use it as soon as possible.
2–3 days of abstinence is often recommended. However, daily ejaculation may improve motility for some. Speak with your healthcare provider for personalised advice.
100%. Our kit was created to support everyone — regardless of gender, orientation, or relationship status.
Absolutely. Maia Baby is designed for ease, clarity, and gentle support, whether you’re solo or partnered.

The ideal time is 12–24 hours after a positive ovulation test (LH surge). That’s when your egg is most likely to be present.
Irregular cycles are common. Use ovulation strips, cervical mucus monitoring, and temperature tracking over a few months to find your fertile window.
Absolutely — they’re highly recommended to help you pinpoint ovulation and optimise timing.
Yes. Many couples try twice: once on the day of a positive test, and again the next day.
Wait at least 12–14 days after insemination. Testing too early can lead to false negatives (or false hope).

No — the kit is designed to be fully usable by one person. Whether you’re TTC alone or with a partner, Maia Baby gives you control.

We recommend lying down for 15–30 minutes, with your hips slightly raised. While it’s not strictly necessary, it may help keep sperm near the cervix.
Here’s what you need to know before using your kit — clearly and kindly.
Every fertility journey is different. We usually recommend trying for 3–6 cycles when using at-home insemination — and we’re here to guide you through it.
